A Little Collection...

This week I found a spoon rack at the thrift store.  Now, if you're like me, you think of little souvenir spoons displayed on these.  Well, this rack was old and handmade...


 The wood has a beautiful old patina...I wouldn't think of painting this one.  


I couldn't help thinking what a wonderful display it would be 
for my engraved silverplate spoon collection...

I love how the rack looks hanging in my dining room... 
and having the spoons out where they can be seen.


Engraved and monogrammed spoons are such an affordable and easy-to-find collectible...
