Fun at the Holiday Happening...

Last weekend, my daughter Liana and I were vendors at the Holiday Happening event at the Jackson St. Roundhouse in St. Paul MN.  We brought our vintage bits for crafters and artists and brought some of our own creations, too!  We spent fun times making bottle brush trees with vintage ornaments and stands...

Booths were set up in the roundhouse amongst the wonderful old train cars...

We used some of our vintage pieces to create word trays and ornaments in fun fonts and colors...

I made some whimsical bingo cards, too...

Isn't this a fun venue?  This place was filled with families visiting the museum, taking photos with Santa, and shopping...

There were fun vendors with vintage and hand crafted items, as well as food and plant items...

The event was the brainchild of Christine Hoffman of Pies and Aprons and she did a wonderful job of planning the event!  She even passed out her pies to the crowd!

And while we were warm and cozy inside...here's what was happening outside... a foot of snow fell!

We had a wonderful time meeting everyone and making new vendor friends, too!  Thank you, Christine for a fun event, and a big thank you to the bloggers who stopped by with their families, too~ Robin of Happy at Home,  Tammy of Tammy's In Love, and Suzanne of Privet and Holly.  I wish I had my camera handy then!

I am joining Debra at the Marketplace at Common Ground

Until next time...

  6. Forgot to ask. What do people do with the vintage nativity people? I have a bag full of them sitting on my desk and I have no fun ideas for them.
