A November Centerpiece and a Fun Giveaway Win!

On my last post, I shared this large basket I found out thrifting...

I decided to make a simple November centerpiece with it...

I love using natural elements~ a layer of loosely woven burlap ( I buy rolls at the garden store for projects where I want a looser weave~ plus it's much cheaper), and a few little Halloween leftovers...

My silverplate bird shakers and candle, some naturally shed antlers, a little nest, and some bee hive pieces...

I also brought in an ivy plant from the porch (too cold out there for plants now!)

I thought it was a pretty, natural, and very November feeling centerpiece!

I also wanted to share with you a FUN giveaway win I received in the mail from Rusty Rooster Vintage
this week!  She made charming altered recipe cards!
I was lucky enough to win this lovely Santa!

Vicki has a beautiful blog and shares wonderful projects!

She sent me some fun goodies to use in artwork, too!

And don't you just love her business stamp?  I hope you'll stop by visit her...I know you'll be glad you did!  Thank you, Vicki!

Thank you for stopping by Linda, if you need a pattern for the clothespin crochet angel, think I ordered it from Leisure Arts, I don't think I can share the pattern because of copyright business. The pattern is not expensive and you can dowload it to your computer. Happy crocheting and congratulations on the new up and coming grandbaby..

  25. Hi Linda,
I'm so glad you liked the blog header--Your blog inspired me to do it! (I had the pictures from a few weeks ago.) So, I made one for Thanksgiving and another for Christmas...The lucky part was, I didn't have to change the background--yay! But, I know I'll have to for Christmas...I'll figure out what to pick for that by then...this I just did on a whim...I figure it's like moving chairs...lol
    I hope you're having a great weekend!!!

  28. Your centerpiece is absolutely charming. A great combination of items in such soft fall colors. Now why can't I come up with something like that for my table? (probably because it is always full of boxes and papers for my Etsy shop...) Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
