Isn't this little snowman a cutie patootie? He's a recent addition to our tree this year! This year we have a little 11 month old grandchild in the house and decided a big tree was way too much temptation for her...so we have a tabletop tree! Its perfect for our simple decorating this year, too!
I used an old matelasse coverlet as a tree skirt and a little chalkware creche...I love its sweetness...
a little eye candy...
and Sophie is always willing to pose...

I love your table-top tree and all the pretty trimmings.
Next year I hope to get this size of tree for our foyer, as each year it becomes more of a chore to get the tall ones out and decorate.
